Shipping policy
The following delivery options are available:
DELIVERY
We will notify you once your order is ready for delivery. Royal will exert reasonable efforts to deliver orders to the address you specified in the Site or last on record. You shall be responsible for immediately notifying Royal of any change to your delivery address.
Orders shall be delivered to the entrance of your delivery address only and we are not obliged to deliver to a specific location within your premises or building. You shall ensure that deliveries are promptly received upon arrival of our delivery personnel.
You must designate a representative if you will not be available to receive your order. We reserve the right to request you or your representative to present a government-issued ID prior to the release of the products that you ordered. You shall receive the delivery by signing off with your signature and a record of the delivery date.
If you or your authorized representative is not present to accept delivery; or there is an error in your specified delivery address; or we cannot access your delivery site, we reserve the right to withdraw delivery and charge extra fee in case of re-delivery. In any case, Royal shall not be liable for any delays, change of delivery time/place or non-delivery for causes beyond its control or through no fault of its own.
Applicable delivery fees will be indicated upon checkout. Royal may provide free delivery on all orders above a certain amount from time to time or as stated at Checkout and promotions.
STORE PICKUP
Your orders will be picked up in our physical store based on the schedule you indicated during checkout, which schedule shall be within our official business hours. An email will be sent to you once your order is available for pickup. Royal shall use reasonable efforts to prepare products for pick-up on your indicated schedule but reserves the right to modify the pick-up schedule at its sole discretion. Royal shall not be liable for any delays, change in pick up time or non-pick up for causes beyond its control or through no fault of its own.
The order should be picked-up by you or your authorized representative by presenting the sales invoice we sent you via email and a valid government-issued ID upon request. You shall pick up the order by signing off with your signature and a record of the pick-up date.
Upon delivery or pick-up, you shall inspect the products before receiving them. Your acceptance of the products indicates that the same are in good condition, free from any defect and damage, and are the products that you ordered.
All risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery or pick-up but Royal shall retain title in the products until full payment.
