What are your store hours?

Our stores are open daily. Our Palm Street store is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., while our Manila Avenue store is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.


Where are your stores located?

We have stores in Palm Street and Manila Avenue in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo.


Do I need to be a member to shop?

There's no need to be a member to visit us, but you can register for our Royal Privilege Card to earn points while you shop.


How do I become a Royal Privilege Card member?

Check our Royal Privilege Card page for mechanics, or ask our store representatives on how to apply.


Can I shop even if I’m not an OFW?

Yes, everyone is welcome to shop at Royal. We hope to see you!


Do you accept US dollars as payment?

Yes, we accept US Dollar bills as a form of dollar cash payment in our physical stores. The final sale amount will be based on the in-store base rate for that day.



What payment modes do you accept?

We accept the following modes of payment in our stores:

  • BDO, BPI, and Metrobank (0% interest for select items)

  • We also accept cheque for HORECA clients


Do you sell Royal Duty Free Gift Cards?

Yes! You can purchase our Electronic Gift Card (e-GC) online for in-store pickup.


Can I have items reserved?

We currently don’t cater to item reservations, but rest assured we have enough stock for you when you visit us to shop!


Can I check if a particular item is available in your store?

Send us the photo of the item and we’ll check with our merchandising team to see if it’s available in our stores.

Are pets allowed in the store?

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets inside our stores. Thank you for understanding.


Where and when is the mass held at Royal?

Mass is celebrated every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at our Manila Avenue store.
