Residents, businesses, and shoppers located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone can use our Personal Shopper program at our Palm Street store. Choose to pick up your order or have them delivered straight to your door.
There is no fee for using our Royal Personal Shopper service, and delivery will be quoted to you upon finalisation of your order.
How It Works
- Send your request list and Include your full name, phone number and delivery address when messaging our Viber number above. If you prefer to pick up in store, please state this instead of delivery.
- We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order and a Personal Shopper will be assigned to contact you.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- When your order is ready for pick up or delivery, you will be notified. We endeavour to process all orders in a timely matter and appreciate your understanding during busy periods.
- Payments of the orders shall be made in Philippine Peso. The following payment methods are acceptable: Credit cards, debit cards, and cash upon pick up in-store
- Cancellations may incur a 15% fee.
