Residents, businesses, and shoppers located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone can use our Personal Shopper program at our Palm Street store. Choose to pick up your order or have them delivered straight to your door.
There is no fee for using our Royal Personal Shopper service, and delivery will be quoted to you upon finalization of your order.
How It Works
- Send your request list and include your full name, phone number, and delivery address when messaging our Viber numbers above. If you prefer to pick up in-store, please state this instead of delivery.
- We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. A Personal Shopper will be assigned to contact you.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- When your order is ready for pick up or delivery, you will be notified. We endeavour to process all orders in a timely manner and appreciate your understanding during busy periods.
- Payment of orders shall be made in Philippine Peso. The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments (GCash), and e-mail pay for locally-issued credit cards.
- RPS customers shall be entitled to earn Royal Privilege Card points.
