MECHANICS:
I. How to Join
- This promotion is open to all retail customers of Royal Duty-Free Shops. Institutional transactions that are given special discounts or payment terms are excluded from this promotion. (ISD and HORECA Terms)
- Owners and employees of Royal Duty Free Shops, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
- For every Php 1,000 single receipt of purchase, a customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle coupon.
- Bonus e-raffle coupons will be given for every Php 200 worth of products from participating sponsor products. Bonus e-raffle coupons allocation is as follows:
- Gold sponsor brands = 5 coupons for every Php 200 worth of featured major sponsor items.
- Silver sponsor brands = 3 coupons for every Php 200 worth of featured major sponsor items.
- Bronze sponsor brands = 2 coupons for every Php 200 worth of featured major sponsor items.
Example 1: Total purchase is Php 5,000 inclusive of Php 800 Gold sponsor products, Php 600 Silver sponsor products, and Php 400 Bronze sponsor products by a Royal Privelege Card (RPC) Gold Shopper.
- 5 coupons for the original entitlement of Php 5,000
- 20 coupons for Gold sponsor products
- 9 coupons for Silver sponsor products
- 4 coupons for Bronze sponsor products
Total of 38 e-coupons
Example 2: Total purchase is Php 1,000 inclusive of Php 500 Gold sponsor products, Php 300 Silver sponsor products, and Php 200 Bronze sponsor products by a Royal Privelege card (RPC) Gold Shopper.
- 1 coupon for the original entitlement of Php 1,000
- 10 coupons for Gold sponsor products
- 3 coupons for Silver sponsor products
- 2 coupons for Bronze sponsor products
Total of 16 e-coupons
Example 3: Total purchase is Php 950, inclusive of Php 200 Gold sponsor products, Php 200 Silver sponsor products, and Php 200 Bronze sponsor products by a Royal Privelege Card (RPC) Gold Shopper.
- No coupons, since the total amount of Php 800 did not reach the minimum purchase requirement of Php 1,000 to qualify for the raffle.
II. Enrollment & Registration Process
- The e-raffle coupon entitlement will be printed on each purchase receipt.
- To facilitate the sign-up process, customers must present their original printed receipts and valid IDs at the promo booth for validation.
- Enrollment:
- Customers who have not participated in past raffle promotions must first create a “Raffle Account” which will track all their purchases and e-raffle coupons.
- Customers must fill in the required fields in their account completely with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Contact Numbers
- After completing the enrollment process, the booth personnel will enter purchase details for the e-raffle entry to be captured in the promo system.
- Customers already registered in the RDFS e-raffle system do not need to enroll again. They can use their existing e-raffle account for this promotion. Customers need only to update their personal information in case of any changes.
III. Coupon Encoding Process
- For succeeding entries, customers must present a Valid ID and receipts of purchases made within the promo period to the promo booth to update their e-raffle account.
- Once validated, the booth personnel will enter purchase details in the customer’s e-raffle account for the e-raffle coupon entry/entries to be captured in the promo system.
- E-raffle entry/entries will automatically be updated in the customer’s account. To confirm that the e-raffle coupon entitlement has been entered in the system and to keep track of entries, a tracking receipt of updated coupon count will be issued to the customer.
- E-raffle coupons must be encoded in the promo system from March 16 to May 31, 2026, only. Only receipts of purchases made within this promo period are valid for the e-raffle promotion.
IV. The Raffle Draw
- The grand raffle draw will be held on June 5, 2026, Friday, at 10 a.m. in Royal Duty Free Shop Manila Avenue Store in the presence of RDFS and DTI representatives.
- A total of 38 winners will be drawn for the following prizes:

- Prizes will be drawn from lowest value to highest value (major prizes).
- A winner’s name can only be drawn once. Should a customer’s name be drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be given. The prize with a lower value will be raffled again.
- Once verified by DTI, winners will be reviewed by HR Subic to ensure that no one is an employee of Royal Duty Free, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
- All prizes are tax-free. Any taxes due will be shouldered by Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc.
V. Announcement & Claiming of Prizes
- Winners will be notified via telephone call, SMS, and email.
- Winners will also be announced via social media, website announcement, and email blast.
- Winners must present the following to claim their prizes:
- Two valid IDs with picture, such as (Ex., Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, etc.)
- Official SMS or Email Notification from Royal Duty Free
- Winning minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must also present their identification documents when claiming the prize.
- Failure to claim prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification on June 15, 2026, will result in an automatic forfeiture of the prize in favor of Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc., with the prior approval of DTI.
VI. Terms & Conditions
- All decisions made by Royal Duty-Free Shops, Inc., with the concurrence of DTI will be deemed final and irrevocable.
- The owners, management, and employees of Royal Duty-Free Shops, Inc., their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion.
- Royal Duty-Free Shops reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.
