30th Anniversary Raffle-a-Day Mechanics

I. How to Join
a. This promotion is open to all Royal Duty Free customers.
b. A minimum purchase of P2,000 worth of any item entitles customers to one (1) raffle coupon.
c. Bonus coupons, over and above the original entitlement, will also be given to all customers for every P100 worth of participating sponsor products included in their receipts. Bonus coupon allocation will be as follows:
i. Every P100 worth of major sponsor = + 10 raffle coupons
ii. Every P100 worth of minor sponsor brands = + 5 raffle coupons
iii. E.g. Total purchase is P8,000 inclusive of P200 of major, and P300 of minor products. Coupon entitlement is 39 pieces.
· 4 coupon for original entitlement
· +20 coupons for major sponsor products
· +15 coupons for minor sponsor products
II. Enrollment Process
a. Customers must present their receipts at the redemption booth for validation and sign up to join the raffle promotion.
b. By signing up, customers create a “Raffle Account” which will track all their purchases and raffle coupons.
c. Raffle coupons must be redeemed from November 10 to December 9, 2023 only. Only receipts of purchases made within this promo period are valid for the raffle promotion.
d. Customers must fill-up required fields in their account completely with the following information:
i. Name
ii. Address
iii. Email address
iv. Contact Numbers
e. Upon completion of enrollment, customer will be issued a Raffle ID, which he/she can use for succeeding redemptions.
III. Redemption Process
a. Customers must present receipts of purchases made within the promo period to the redemption booth to update his/her raffle account.
b. Once validated, booth personnel will request customer’s ID and enter purchase details in the promo program.
c. Raffle coupon entitlement will automatically be updated in customer’s account, and a receipt of updated coupon number will also be issued to the customer.
d. Coupon entitlement will also be printed in each receipt.
IV. Weekly Raffles
a. Every Friday, a raffle draw will be held to select the daily winners of the Nespresso Machines following the schedule below:

b. To ensure we have one (1) winner per day, winners will be chosen from the purchasers made on the specific date.
i. Example
1. Winner of Nov. 10 will be taken from all purchasers of Nov. 10 only.
2. Winner of Nov. 11 will be selected from purchasers of Nov. 11 only.
c. Entries from both stores will be combined before each of the draws.
d. A winner’s name can be drawn more than once since he/she may have shopped on another day during the promo period.
V. The Prizes
a. 30 Winners (or 1 winner per day across 2 stores) will be selected to win the following prizes:
i. One (1) Nespresso Innitia Machine worth P9,500 each
b. Once verified by DTI, winner’s names will be posted in both Royal Duty Free branches, RDFS website, FB and IG pages.
c. Winners will also be informed via a telephone call, email or registered mail informing them of when and where to claim their prizes.
d. All prizes are tax free. Any taxes due will be shouldered by Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
e. All decisions made by Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
f. The owners, management and employees of Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc., their advertising agencies, spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion.
