Terms and Conditions
The delivery program shall be applicable for SBFZ residents and locators, and Olongapo residents only.
Purchases shall not earn RPC points. Likewise, the $2 discount coupon promo is not applicable to items ordered thru this program.

List of items available for delivery, only Grocery items, shall be posted in the Royal website. Orders will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. Items will be served based on their availability on the order date.
A minimum order of P1,500 is required to avail the delivery service. A delivery fee of P50 shall also be charged for purchases below P4.000. However, delivery fee will be waived for orders above P4,000.
All orders must be paid in Philippine Peso and CASH basis only upon delivery.
Acceptance of orders is from 9am to 3pm only. Orders received before or after this period will not be processed. Delivery will be served within 2-3 days.
In compliance with the DTI Memo 20-07 issued on March 19, 2020, the quantity of items will be regulated for specific products (Table 1). For other items not on the DTI list, RDFS will ensure that quantities are reasonable for personal consumption. Orders for re-selling of items will not be accepted. This is to ensure that there hoarding is prevented.
Customers may order items that are not on the list. Just indicate the product brand, variant and approximate size on the Order Form. For out-of-stock items, our Order Takers will call you for possible replacement items. In the same manner, you will also be called to validate orders of items not on the delivery list.
We will always try to keep the prices updated in the item list. However, RDFS reserves the right to make changes without prior notice. Customers whose orders are affected by any price change will be informed before the order is delivered.

Our customer service representative would be glad to accommodate your call. Sending orders via facebook message will not be honored. Please call, email or sms in your orders for them to be processed.
